Place glass pieces upside
down on the adhesive side of the contact paper according to pattern diagram. |
After allowing DiamondCRETE
to slightly harden, drop your favorite marbles, beads, gems, rocks, shells, beach glass,
etc. into the top surface to create a fun and unique design. |

Apply Petroleum Jelly to the
inside of the inner circle of the embroidery hoop. |
After total hardening of the
wind chime project, approximately one hour, gently remove the stoppers. |

Attach both embroidery hoops
together prior to placing the ring on the contact paper leaving sufficient room around the
glass. Press hoop firmly onto contact paper to prevent leaking. |
Remove project from contact
paper, ring and all. |

Apply ample Petroleum Jelly
to only the side surfaces of the craft cork stoppers (size #6 [1" x 3/4"] or
rubber stoppers (available at a hardware store) making sure to fill in any and all
indentations. |
Perform final cleanup of any
unwanted leakage over glass by using your Hobby knife to scratch and pick off the residue. |

Carefully place stoppers on
to contact paper leaving approximately 1/4" space between the embroidery hoop and the
side of the stopper. Strategically place stoppers for desired number of chimes and
one for hanging. Press firmly to contact paper to prevent leakage. |
Remove the embroidery hoop.
Using a variety of craft supplies you can create your own unique chimes.
Items which may be used include bells, glass, aluminum rods, large rings, copper
pipe, silverware, etc. |
